Each activity must have at least 3 people.

Acqua Ride takes approximately 30 minutes, covering approx. 500 meters.


Trees climbing in Trapiche has approximately, 300 meters with a zip line 40 meters at the end of the circuit, approximate duration of 1 hour, (minimum 3 people). 
   
Trekking 
Trekking to "Cachoeira do Roncador in Glicério" takes about 3 hours to go and return, with bathing in waterfalls, (minimum 3 people). 


Trekking to the Giant jequitiba, approximately 3 hours to go and retunr (trekking), transported by us in a 4x4 veicule from Bicuda Grande until the beginning of the walk.


Trekking to Siberia approximately 4 hours, transported by us from Glicério to begging of .


Trekking from Crubixás  to the Fazenda São Miguel, approximately 4 hours of walking, transported by us from Glicério until the start of the walk and we also pick up in the Fazenda Sao Miguel.


Cascading
Cascading in the Roncador is approximately 15 meters in height, ideal for beginners


Cascading in Córrego do Ouro can only be done with the client have done previously in Glicério.

Kayaky inflatable in Glicério has duration of approximately 20 minutes, covering 500 meters.


Off Road Ride
Off Road Ride Cascata de Córrego do Ouro,passing by a cemitery from 1800, about 1 hour of cars,crossing a river 3 times.

Off Road Ride to Cachoeira do Segredo, Poço da Flor and Cachoeira das Andorinhas, about 3 hours of duration, transporting from Sana to waterfalls by us in a 4x4 veicule.

Off Road Ride to Bicuda and the Monte Azul, returning by Glicério, approximately 4 hours, bathing in several waterfalls.


Off Road Ride to the Cave, about 2 hours , transporting Trapiche to cave to us.


Off Road Ride to Fazdnda Bom Jardim, about 3 hours, with bathing in waterfalls, visit to a  wheel with more than 8 meters in height.


Rafting on the Rio Macaé, in the Serra Mar higway, direction of Sana, 7km of Casimiro de Abreu, has duration approx. From 01:30 to 2:00 pm, covering about 4 km, location with parking and restrooms.


Rappeling at Roncador is approximately 15 meters in height, ideal for beginners, (minimum of 3 persons).


Rappeling in the Pedra do X, approximately 3 hours of activity, with 50 meters of negative (withould touck the rock), requiring have a provious experience in rappelling due to difficulty.

Water Trekking (hiking in the river) done in FAzendsa Sao Miguel, a number of beautiful waterfalls, time approx. , 4 hrs.
